AI Activities
AI Activities is the control center for work performed by AI in your workspace. It combines recurring automations, execution logs, user-visible AI activity, and documents generated by AI.
What you can do
- Create an automation - Set up a new AI automation with a schedule and recipients
- Edit an automation - Update the description, schedule, or email recipients
- Enable / Disable - Turn automations on or off without deleting them
- View execution logs - See when each automation or AI activity ran and what it did
- Review generated documents - Open reports, notes, and documents created by AI
- Delete an automation - Remove automations you no longer need
Available automation types

Scheduling options

Key fields

AI activity feed
The Results & Logs tab shows activity from multiple sources:
- AI Activities - User-visible AI work such as reports, delegated workflows, and document generation
- AI Automations - Scheduled automation runs
- Gmail - Email processing events and task matching results
AI activity rows can include phase progress, result summaries, and links to documents produced by the activity.
Workspace Documents
The Documents tab lists reports, notes, and documents generated by AI. Markdown documents can be reviewed in Workspace and linked back to the activity that produced them.
Write a detailed description for your AI automations. The more context you provide, the better the AI will perform.
You can also ask the AI Copilot to create automations for you. Just say: "Set up a weekly invoice reminder every Monday at 9:00 AM".
