Contacts
The Contacts section helps you manage all your business contacts -- potential clients, partners, and other connections -- through your sales pipeline, from first contact to conversion.
What you can do
- Add a contact - Click "New Contact" and enter company name, contact person, and source
- Edit a contact - Click on a contact to update its details
- Change status - Move contacts through the pipeline stages
- Log activities - Jump to the Activities section to record calls, emails, and meetings linked to a contact
- Convert to client - Turn a contact into a client record; the contact is then marked as Won
- Import contacts - Bulk import from CSV or Excel files
- Search and filter - Search across name, email, phone, city, and more; open Advanced filters for field-by-field matching. Filters live in the URL so you can share a view
- Choose columns - Pick which columns to show; the choice is remembered in the browser
- Export to CSV - Download the current filtered list as a CSV file (opens correctly in Excel)
- Sort columns - Click a column header to sort A-Z, click again for Z-A, click a third time to restore the default (newest first). The sort is kept in the URL with your filters
- Browse pages - The list loads 20 contacts at a time with next/previous pagination
